Baked Pears With Kuzu Raisin Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 x Anjou pears, (or possibly 1/2 pear per person)
- 1/2 c. Apple juice
- 1/2 c. Spring water
- 2 Tbsp. Raisins
- 1 tsp Kuzu Rice syrup
Directions
- Cut and core pears and slice in half. Put in a baking dish with apple juice, water, and raisins. Bake 20 min. Then mix kuzu in cool water and thicken the remaining liquid. Add in rice syrup to taste, simmer, and serve in serving bowl.
- NOTES : This is a sweet, smooth, relaxing dessert.
