Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 3 c. Oats
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Applesauce
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs, (I use egg substitute)
- 1 c. Lowfat milk, (I use skim)
- 1/2 c. Raisins, (up to 1)
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl; mix wet ingredients in another.
- 3. Stir wet and dry ingredients together and add in raisins.
- 4. Spread in a 9x9 pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
- 5. Bake 25-30 min.
- substitute, skim lowfat milk and 1/2c raisins.
