    Baked Lasagna Meat Sauce and Cheese Roll-Ups

    Ingredients

    • 9 - Lasagna Noodles
    • 8 ounces Sirloin Ground Beef
    • one teaspoon black pepper
    • one teaspoon garlic salt
    • one teaspoon oregano
    • one teaspoon basil
    • one teaspoon onion powder
    • 1-20 ounce jar marinara or tomato sauce (of your choice)
    • 3/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
    • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
    • 1 cup Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

    Directions

    1. Pre Heat Oven 400 F
    2. In a pot of boiling salted water cook 9 lasagna noodles to al dente
    3. rinse and lay flat on a clean work surface
    4. In a saute pan add ground beef, seasonings and stir to mix, cook until browned (drain of any excess grease) Add marinara or tomato sauce, cover and cook 8 minutes
    5. In a small mixing bowl add ricotta and parmesan cheese, stir to mix
    6. spoon in the center of each cooked lasagna noodle the ricotta mixture (take your time with this step), next add spoonfuls of meat sauce mixture to the middle of each ricotta filled lasagna noodle and carefully and slowly roll the filled noodle up and place in a baking dish (seam side down), repeat with remaining noodles, add any leftover meat sauce over the top of baking dish
    7. Add shredded mozzarella cheese to the top of dish, cover with aluminum foil and place into the hot oven and bake 20 minutes
