Ingredients

  • 4 kingklip fillets
  • Lemon Juice
  • 3 oranges
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 2 diced red onion

Directions

  1. Make a mixture of the lemon juice, oranges, say sauce, olive oil and diced red onion.
  2. Take the mixture prepared and marinate it with the kingklip fillets.
  3. Let the mixture absorbed in the fillets for around 25 minutes.
  4. Prepare 4 squares of aluminum foil.
  5. Place each of the 4 kingklip fillet in a foil and leave an opening at the top side.
  6. Then, put the marinade on the fillets and close the opening.
  7. Baked at about 375C for about 15 minutes.
  8. Your meal is ready to serve
