Baked Ham (For Pressure Cooker)
Ingredients
- 1/2 x Ready-to-eat ham (about 4lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. Whole cloves
- 1 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1 x Onion, sliced in rings
Directions
- Score ham fat and stud with cloves; place on rack in pressure cooker. Combine water and sugar, pour over ham. Add in onions, Close cover securely. Cookk 20 min. Let pressure drop of its own accord. Serve ham warm or possibly cool.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
