  • Baked Ham And Eggs, Brunch Style

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkg. (6 serving size) stuffing mix, any flavor
    • 1/4 c. butter, cut into pcs
    • 1 1/2 c. warm water
    • 1 c. cooked ham, shredded or possibly 6 slices Canadian bacon
    • 6 large eggs
    • 1 c. Hollandaise sauce or possibly can cream of mushroom soup

    Directions

    1. Prepare stuffing mix using butter and water according to package instructions. Spread mix evenly in baking dish and mark into six squares. Top each square with ham or possibly Canadian bacon. Make a depression in center of ham and carefully break an egg into each depression. Bake at 425 degrees for about 10 min or possibly till large eggs are set. Serve with Hollandaise sauce or possibly sauce made by thinning canned condensed soup such as cream of mushroom.
