Baked Chicken with Onion Soup Rice

  • 4-8 chicken pieces
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 1 pkg onion soup


  1. Cook 2 cups brown rice with 2 cups water until water is gone (rice will still be crunchy)
  2. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick spray
  3. Spread rice in bottom of pan
  4. Stir in 2 cups of water and onion soup mix
  5. Place chicken pieces on top of rice mixture
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until water is absorbed
