Baked Chicken Breasts with Mushroom Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 ½ Lbs. Chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
- ¼ t. Salt
- ¼ t. Pepper
- 1 C. Mushrooms, sliced (sautéed ahead of time)
- ¼ C. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 C. Pepperidge Farm bread dressing
- ¼ C. Butter, melted
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (prepared according to can)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Salt and pepper breasts and place in greased casserole. Add dressing. Combine mushrooms, cheese and soup. Sprinkle over dressing and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake in oven, covered for 30 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
