Baked Chicken Breast And Tomato Saucewith Artichoke Hearts
Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts sprinkled with garlic pwdr
- 2 lbs. stewed tomatoes, minced, don't drain
- 2 (6 ounce) marinated artichoke hearts, minced and liquid removed
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- Healthy pinch of red pepper to taste
Directions
- Bake chicken breast 350°F. for 20 min or possibly till done.In a saucepan heat together remaining ingredients and simmer 10 min. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 5 more min. Serve on angel hair pasta.
