Baked & Breaded Sausage & Rice Balls

- 8 ounces crumbled Pork Sausage
- 1-1/2 cup Cooked Rice (Brown or white)
- 1 Cup heated Tomato sauce (for dipping)
Directions
- Brown crumbled pork sausage, drain excess grease add into a mixing bowl
- Boil rice of your choice as per instruction, once cooked add to sausage and mix with clean hands, form balls
- On a plate add 1-1/2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
- Coat sausage & rice balls well in the bread crumbs, place on baking sheet pan and put into a hot 400 F oven and bake until golden brown
- Heat through one cup of tomato sauce for dipping
- Plate and serve
