Baked Beans Ii
Ingredients
- 1 lb dry small white beans rinsed, and soaked overnight Water to cover
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 lrg onion minced
- 1/4 lb salt pork rinsed and cut into
- 1 x " cubes, or possibly diced bacon
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt or possibly to taste
Directions
- In crock pot, combine all ingredients except salt. Cover and cook on LOW 12 to 14 hrs, stirring occasionally, if possible. Add in salt to taste when beans are tender.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
