Baked Avocado Fries with Lime Cream Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Avocado
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 limes (juice only)

Directions

  1. Carefully remove pits from avocado, spoon out flesh and place on a clean work surface
  2. slice each one
  3. Place seasoned bread crumbs on a plate and coat each avocado slice
  4. Place on a non stick baking sheet pan and bake at 425 F for 12 minutes
  5. In a bowl add sour cream, lime juice, stir well
  6. Serve on the side
