  • Baja Fish Tacos

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 c. Fat Free Lowfat sour cream
    • 1/2 c. Fat Free Mayonnaise
    • 1/4 c. Fresh Cilantro -- Minced
    • 12 x Taco Shells Taco Sauce
    • 1 pkt Taco Seasoning Mix
    • 1 lb Cod Fillet Cut Into 1" Pcs
    • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
    • 5 c. Shredded Cabbage
    • 1 1/2 c. Minced Tomato Lime Wedge

    Directions

    1. Combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro and 2 Tbsp. seasonings mix, fold in a small bowl. Set aside. Combine fish, oil, lemon juice and remainingseasoning fold in medium bowl; pour into large skillet, cook stirring constantly over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 min, or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Divide fish mix, cabbage and tomato proportionately into taco shells. Top with lowfat sour cream sauce. Serve with lime wedges and taco sauce.
