Ingredients

  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 1 1/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 c. macadamia nuts
  • 1 x 9 inch pie shell

Directions

  1. Method:1. Cream together Large eggs, salt, sugar, and butter or possibly margarine. Blend in corn syrup and liqueur. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour filling into pie shell.
  2. Bake in a preheated 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) oven for 1 1/2 hrs, or possibly till browned. Cold.
  3. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
  4. You would be crazy not to try this!
