Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Cocoa
  • 1 pkt Graham Crackers, grnd fine
  • 24 ounce Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 2 x Semisweet Chocolate Squares, melted

Directions

  1. Combine butter, sugar and cocoa pwdr. Stir in crumbs. Press proportionately over bottom of greased 9-inch springform pan and bake at 350 for 10 min.
  2. Cold pan and grease sides.
  3. Beat cream cheese till smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Beat in Large eggs, one at a time. Blend in Bailey s. Pour about 1/3 mix into a bowl and stir in melted chocolate. Pour half of plain mix into prepared pan. Drizzle with half the chocolate mix. Repeat layers. Make a marbled design by gently swirling batter with a knife. Bake 10 min at 450, then 55 min at 250.
