    For my last Sweet Taste of Saturday recipe this month I decide to whip up a recipe in honor of The Husband’s Irish heritage and combine two of The Husband’s favorite flavors, Bailey’s Irish Cream and chocolate. This mug brownie is the perfect little snack when you are looking for a quick rich dessert to nibble on!

    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons of butter
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar
    • 1 firmly packed tablespoon of light brown sugar
    • ½ teaspoon Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur
    • 1/8 tsp salt
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 4 tablespoons of flour
    • 1 tablespoon dark cocoa
    • 4 Hershey’s Chocolate Kisses

    Directions

    1. Melt butter in microwave safe mug. Do not boil the butter. Stir together butter, sugars, Bailey’s and salt. Stir in egg yolk. Add flour and cocoa powder and stir again until well combined. Finally, add chocolate kisses. Cook for about 55 seconds in microwave. Serves 1.
