Ingredients

  • 12 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • s & p, to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (your choice)
  • freshly chopped parsley
  • 6 slices crispy cooked bacon (crumbled)

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs and cream, s & p until frothy
  2. Transfer to a baking dish
  3. Place into a 400 F hot oven, bake for 18 minutes
  4. Top with bacon crumbles and fresh chopped parsley
