Bacon & Egg Puff Frittata

- 12 Large Eggs
- 1/4 cup cream
- s & p, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (your choice)
- freshly chopped parsley
- 6 slices crispy cooked bacon (crumbled)
Directions
- Whisk eggs and cream, s & p until frothy
- Transfer to a baking dish
- Place into a 400 F hot oven, bake for 18 minutes
- Top with bacon crumbles and fresh chopped parsley
