Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust
  • 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. lowfat milk (half & half)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 c. (or possibly 8 ounce) Swiss cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 2 T minced green onions
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • Opt. - 1 pkg. frzn spinach, thawed & liquid removed

Directions

  1. Mix together. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 min. Allow 10 min before serving to cool. Serves 6.
