Bacon & Cheese Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust
- 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk (half & half)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 c. (or possibly 8 ounce) Swiss cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 2 T minced green onions
- 1 can mushrooms
- Opt. - 1 pkg. frzn spinach, thawed & liquid removed
Directions
- Mix together. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 min. Allow 10 min before serving to cool. Serves 6.
