Bacon Cheddar Dip
Ingredients
- 1 c. Salad dressing (or possibly mayo)
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 c. Grated medium Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Onion flakes
- 1/3 c. Bacon bits*
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
Directions
- Mix all 6 ingredients in bowl. Cover. Refrigeratefor 30 min. Serve with raw vegetables and assorted crackers.
- Makes 2 1/3 c. (575ml) dip.
- * You can use the artificial bacon bits (ick!) or possibly for a more rewarding dip, though it is more time consuming, make your own bits with real bacon.
