Bacon And Cheese Omelet
Ingredients
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 slc Bacon
- 2 Tbsp. Grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
Directions
- Fry bacon, drain and crumble. Beat Large eggs with lowfat milk. In iron skillet, heat butter and pour Large eggs in. Trun heat low and cook till Large eggs are partially set. On half the omelet, sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion. Fold the other half over the filling. Bake at 375 degrees till Large eggs are set and cheese melted, about 3 min.
- Makes 1 large omelet.
