Baby Corn And Snow Pea Saute
Ingredients
- 1 can baby corn
- 2 c. snow peas
- 3 Tbsp. butter Salt to taste
Directions
- Cut baby corn into 1/4-inch slices. Cut snow peas diagonally into 1/2-inch slices. To a heated pan, add in butter. Add in corn, snow peas, a splash of water, and salt. Saute/fry for a few min till snow peas are just cooked but still a bit crispy.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
