Perfect for those "on the go" mornings when you have to take breakfast on the run!! Nutritious, delicious, quick and easy. Breakfast doesn't have to be complicated. Ingredients
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1 1/4 cups of milk (your choice diary or non dairy)
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (flavoured or plain)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- Heaping tbsp. Agave nectar
- 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
- Fig jam (for topping)
- Hemp Hearts (for topping)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients (except for the toppings) in a bowl.
- Cover and place in fridge overnight.
- Scoop into bowls and top with jam and hemp hearts.
- Enjoy....or take it on the go!!
