Avocado, Tomato And Chili Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, halved and minced sm. (about 1/4 inch)
- 4 plum tomatoes, diced
- 3 green onions, sliced (about 1/3 c.)
- 1/4 c. minced cilantro or possibly parsley
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (about 1 T)
- 1 teaspoon dry, crumbled oregano
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Toss avocado, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, jalapeno pepper and oregano in a medium bowl. Add in lime juice and extra virgin olive oil, stirring to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Best if prepared just before serving.
