Ingredients
3 x Ripe avocados
3 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp Salt
4 tsp Chopped onion
1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp Thyme
1 x Cleaned whole baked fish (5 Lb) Parsley springs (for Garnish) Lemon slices (for garnish)
Directions
Cut avocados into halves; remove seeds & skin; mash. Mix lemon juice, parsley & seasonings. Spread over hot fish.
