Ingredients

  • 3 x Ripe avocados
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1 x Cleaned whole baked fish (5 Lb) Parsley springs (for Garnish) Lemon slices (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Cut avocados into halves; remove seeds & skin; mash. Mix lemon juice, parsley & seasonings. Spread over hot fish.
