Ingredients

  • 2 lrg ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 x ripe tomato, diced
  • 1 sm sweet onion, diced
  • 1 sm can (5-ounce.) green chilies, liquid removed and diced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Mash avocados in a bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.
  2. Chefs Notes: Use fat free tortilla chips.
