Ingredients
2 lrg ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 x ripe tomato, diced
1 sm sweet onion, diced
1 sm can (5-ounce.) green chilies, liquid removed and diced
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
1 tsp salt
Directions
Mash avocados in a bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.
Chefs Notes: Use fat free tortilla chips.
