Avocado Dip With Chilies
Ingredients
- 2 lrg ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 x ripe tomato, diced
- 1 sm sweet onion, diced
- 1 sm can (5-ounce.) green chilies, liquid removed and diced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Mash avocados in a bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.
- Chefs Notes: Use fat free tortilla chips.
