Avocado Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lrg Ripe avocado The juice of half a lemon
- 75 gm Unflavoured fromage frais
- 1 x Clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh coriander leaves
- 1 x Green chilli, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cumin
Directions
- Cut the avocado lengthways into two and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh. Put the avocado flesh and the remaining ingredients, except cumin, in a food processor and blend till smooth.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle the cumin on top.
