Avocado and Feta Salad

- 4 ripe avocados, chopped
- 2-3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- 4 ozs feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
