Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. pork sausage links, cut and fried
  • 8 slices fresh white bread, trim off crusts and cube
  • 3/4 lb. mild cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Place bread in bottom of 9x13 greased casserole dish. Add sausage and cheeses, beat eggs and milk, and pour over mixture in pan. Pour the can of condensed soup over all and let stand several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees for 1- 1 1/2 hours in the middle rack in the oven. Enjoy!
