  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Garlic Salt (I use California Garlic Salt) to taste

  1. Mix all ingredients except Kitchen Bouquet, Soy Sauce or Brown Gravy liquid in a bowl and mix well. Form heaping tbsps. of mixture into balls and then flatten slightly like mini hamburgers. Place in a roasting pan (uncovered), and brown in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  2. Once browned, cover with water and add Kitchen Bouquet, Soy Sauce or Brown Gravy Liquid. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours longer, until tender.
  3. Mix 2 tbs. flour and 4 tbs. cold water, and add to the hot liquid in the roaster.
  4. Enjoy!
