Ingredients

  • 1 10-oz. package frozen Broccoli or Spinach (thawed & drained)
  • 1/2 cup Colby or Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Mexican Cheese Blend (shredded)
  • 6 slices Ham Diced (boiled or smoked ham works best)
  • 2 tbs. Onion (diced fine)
  • 1 tbs. Green Pepper (diced fine)
  • 1 tbs. Tomato (grated)
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine (melted and cooled)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Dash of Salt & Pepper
  • Dash of Dill Seasoning
  • Dash of Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tomato (sliced thin)

Directions

  1. Grease 10 inch pie plate, or quiche dish. Layer in this order: Ham, spinach or broccoli, onions, green pepper & tomato. In a separate bowl, mix the Bisquick with sour cream, cottage cheese, butter, eggs and seasonings. Mix well and pour over other ingredients. Top with thinly sliced tomato.
  2. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
