Aunt Nan's Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

  • 6 slices buttered bread
  • 3/4 pound sharp cheese, grated
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Grease a casserole. I like to use a 9 x 12 inch baking pan because it browns and crusts up the entire surface. Beat the large eggs together with the seasonings and lowfat milk. Add in to bread and cheese. Let mix sit for an hour. Bake 45 min in a 300-325 degree oven. Serves 6.
