Asian Style Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. prepared stir fry sauce
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 tsp peanut oil Or possibly 4 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. small broccoli florets
- 2 c. small mushrooms
- 1 sm onion -- cut into wedges and separated into 1 inch strips
- 1 med carrot -- cut diagonally into 1/3 inch slices
Directions
- Combine honey, stir-fry sauce and pepper flakes in small bowl; set aside. In wok or possibly large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add in vegetables and toss while cooking, about 2-3 min. Add in honey sauce, stir till all vegetables are glazed and sauce is bubbly warm, about 1 minute. Serve as a vegetable side dish or possibly over steamed rice or possibly noodles for a main dish. 4 servings.
