Ingredients

Grnd pork Minced green onion Garlic Soy sauce Sugar Cornstarch Soy sauce, additional Hoisin Cucumber spears Rice noodles Soy sauce, mixed with Sesame oil

Directions

Make grnd pork patties seasoned with minced green onion, garlic and soy sauce with a healthy pinch of sugar and just sufficient cornstarch to hold it together.
Brush with soy sauce; grill over white-ash-covered coals; turn once. Serve with hoisin, cucumber spears, cool rice noodles tossed with soy sauce and sesame oil.
