Asian Style Fried Chicken

Season chicken thighs with nampla and fry. From children to adults, all will love this dish. If you like it spicy, you can add some chili in with the seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 300g boneless chicken leg
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • 20ccNampla
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Proper amount of starch
  • Proper amount of vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Cut boneless chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces
  2. Grate garlic
  3. Add chicken and above seasonings into a plastic bag
  4. Put bag into the refrigerator for about an hour
  5. Roll meat in starch and deep-fry
