Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Flank steak
  • 1/4 c. Green onion slices
  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds,toasted
  • 3/4 c. Barbecue sauce
  • 1 cl Garlic,chopped
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger

Directions

  1. Score steak on both sides.Pour combined ingredients over steak.
  2. Cover;marinate in refrigerator several hrs or possibly overnight,turning once.
  3. Place steak on rack of broiler pan.Broil 15 to 20 min or possibly till desired doneness,brushing frequently with barbecue sauce mix and turning occasionally.To serve,carve steak across grain with slanted knife,into thin slices.Makes 4 to 6 servings.
