Asian Gardein Chick'n Wraps

- 1 package of gardein chick'n strips
- 2 cloves of garlic - chopped
- 1/2 medium onion - chopped
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
- 1 head of Romaine lettuce
- Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of hot mustard
- 1 teaspoon of red chile paste - if you like it spicy
Directions
- For the chick'n wraps, mix all the liquid and spices in a bowl and then pour over your chick'n strips in a large plastic bag to marinade for around 20 minutes.
- Next, pour all in a large saucepan and cover and cook for around 10-15 minutes.
- For the dipping sauce, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stir until dissolved.
- Once chick'n is ready, use the Romaine lettuce leaves as your wrap.
- Spoon in some chick'n, add some sauce and roll up to eat.
- You can add bean sprouts or chopped peanuts for an added crunch.
