Asian Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 250 grams of fish fillet cut into cubes
- 6 tbso of cooking oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic
- 1/2 pc of white onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp of carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup of tomato sauce (UFC Filipino style)
- 2 tsp of fish sauce
- 4 cups of cooked rice
- 2 pcs of egg, beaten
- 1 cup of shredded mustasa
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Season fish with salt and pepper. Pan fry with oil then set aside.
- Using the same pan saute garlic, onions, and carrots in the remaining oil. Add tomato sauce and patis then simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add rice and mix. Put rice on one side of the pan. Put beaten egg and cook, then mix egg and rice together. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss in fish and mustasa then serve.
