    I really, really liked this marinade! I used it on salmon but it would probably also be delicious on chicken or pork.

    Ingredients

    • 2 lb salmon filet
    • 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
    • 1/4 c lemon juice
    • 1/4 c soy sauce
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 T brown sugar
    • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
    • 2 T minced garlic
    • 1/4 c green onion, chopped (about 3)
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 c canola oil

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, combine the vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce and oils.
    2. Stir in the salt, sugar, ginger, paprika, peppers and garlic until everything is well mixed and starting to dissolve.
    3. Stir in the green onion.
    4. Add the salmon and gently toss to coat.
    5. Marinate the salmon over night in the fridge.
    6. Cook on a medium-high grill until cooked through. About 4 minutes a side.
