Asian Flair Salmon
I really, really liked this marinade! I used it on salmon but it would probably also be delicious on chicken or pork. Ingredients
- 2 lb salmon filet
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1/4 c green onion, chopped (about 3)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 c canola oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce and oils.
- Stir in the salt, sugar, ginger, paprika, peppers and garlic until everything is well mixed and starting to dissolve.
- Stir in the green onion.
- Add the salmon and gently toss to coat.
- Marinate the salmon over night in the fridge.
- Cook on a medium-high grill until cooked through. About 4 minutes a side.
