    • 3 Tbsp. canola oil
    • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    • 1 Tbsp. mirin or possibly sherry
    • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
    • 1/2 tsp tamari soy sauce or possibly salt
    • 1/2 tsp dry mustard or possibly healthy pinch warm Chinese mustard
    • 1/2 tsp water
    • 6 x inner stalks Bok Choy thinly sliced
    • 2 c. shredded Chinese cabbage, Napa
    • 1 c. finely shredded red cabbage
    • 1 med carrot julienne or possibly grated
    • 3 x scallions with tender greens thinly sliced
    • 1/4 c. chopped cilantro or possibly flatleaf parsley 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds for garnish brown and black


    1. DRESSING: In small bowl, use whisk to combine dressing ingredients. [PER
    2. Place cabbages, carrot, onion and cilantro in a large mixing bowl and toss. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss gently to combine. Garnish with seeds.
