Apricot Glazed Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 x Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 c. Apricot all-fruit spread
- 1 1/2 tsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Margarine, melted
Directions
- Coat a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray; place chicken on pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients; brush half over the chicken. Broil 5-6 inches from heat for 5 min. Turn chicken over; brush with remaining apricot mix. Broil till juices run clear.
