Ingredients

  • 3 c. Dry apricots
  • 3/4 c. Sliced, candied ginger
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 5 c. Cool water
  • 2 tsp Grated orange rind
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon rind
  • 2 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts

Directions

  1. Wash apricots. Add in water, ginger, orange and lemon juice, grated rind, and sugar. Stir till well mixed. Simmer slowly, stirring frequently, till thick and clear. Add in nuts and cook 5 min.
