Apricot Chocolate Bread
Ingredients
- 9 ounce Cut up dry apricots
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Veg. oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the rest till just moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 mins in a pre-heated 350 degree oven. Cold for 10 mins. and remove from pan.
