Apples And Cranberries Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 c. Bread crumbs toasted.
- 3 x Apples Grand smith, Pare, core, and slice thin, (up to 4)
- 1 c. Brown sugar firmly packed.
- 3/4 tsp Nutmeg Grnd fresh
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 c. Cranberries
Directions
- Place 1/2 of the apples in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 sugar and nutmeg. Dot with 1/2 the butter. Add in 1/2 the bread crumbs and cranberries.
- Repeat: Ending with the crumbs. Dot with the butter and bake in pre heated 350F warm oven for 1 hour.
- Serve warm with Lemon Pudding.
