  • 1 (8 oz) tub reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice
  • 1 apple, chopped, divided
  • 1/4 cup shredded 2% Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped pecans


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Mix reduced-fat cream cheese, sugar and spice in a medium size bowl until blended. Stir in half the apples.
  3. Spread onto the bottom of a shallow baking dish; top with remaining apples, Cheddar cheese and pecans.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through.
