Apple Pie Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup graham crackers, ground
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 (6 oz.) vanilla yogurt
- 1 (21 oz.) apple pie filling
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, powder sugar, salt, graham crackers, brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla extract, egg, ground cinnamon, yogurt, apple pie filling, flour and butter.
- Spread over the crust.
- Spread apple pie filling over the filling layer.
- Topping: Mix cool whip, brown sugar and vanilla extract.
- Spread over the apple pie filling layer.
- Decorate: Sprinkle apple pie spice over the topping.
