Ingredients

  • 1 x 21 ounce can apple pie filling
  • 6 x 8" flour tortillas, (try apple-cinnamon!
  • 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

  1. Spoon filling proportionately down center of each tortilla; sprinkle proportionately with cinnamon. Roll up, and place, seam side down, in a lightly greased 2-qt baking dish.
  2. Bring butter and next 3 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan; reduce heat, and simmer, stirring constantly, 3 min. Pour over enchiladas and let stand 30 min.
  3. Bake at 350 F for 20 min.
