Apple Coleslaw salad-400
400-1/2c servings Ingredients
- 6.375 quarts sour cream
- 4 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1/4 cup pepper
- 1/3 cup ground mustard
- 21.25 pounds apples, granny smith, unpeeled julienned
- 2 cups lemon juice
- 46.75 pounds green cabbage, shredded
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Toss apples with lemon juice. Combine apples and cabbage; mix well. Just before serving, add dressing and toss to coat.
- Follow all CCP procedures as other slaw recipes.
